Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Mark Alexander holds the position of Chief Executive Officer of the Cloud Communications division of NTT Ltd.
In his role as CEO, Mark is responsible for the operational management of the Cloud Communications division of NTT Ltd. He will oversee the strategic evolution of NTT’s world-class suite of cloud communication solutions, to strengthen its position as a major player in cloud-based Unified Communications and Collaboration services and enable digital workplace transformation for customers globally.
A Cloud Communications and Internet veteran known for an energetic, results-oriented leadership style, Mark was formerly EVP Sales & Marketing for PGi and previously held many senior leadership positions in the Webhosting and Cloud Communications industries.
Mark has a Bachelor of Science in Management from Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from Emory University.
Chief Product & Strategy Officer
Fiona Lodge is the Chief Product & Strategy Officer at the Cloud Communications division of NTT and is responsible for driving the strategic evolution of its world-class suite of cloud communication products, to strengthen its position as a major player in cloud-based Unified Communications and Collaboration services and to enable digital workplace transformation for customers globally.
Fiona has held executive and leadership roles at various market-leading Communications and Collaboration organizations, including Dimension Data, Skype and IR Prognosis. Her experience spans Product Management, Go-To-Market, General Management, Operations and R&D leadership and she brings a wealth of expertise and perspectives to drive creative and pragmatic strategies and roadmaps.
Fiona has a PhD in Electronic Engineering (Telecommunications) from Dublin City University in Ireland.
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Vianney Motte was appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Cloud Communications division of NTT (formerly Arkadin) in February 2019.
In his role of CFO, he is responsible for all strategic and tactical matters relating to global, company-wide finances including M&A and large deals, budget and reporting, accounting and taxes, billing and cash collection
Prior to his appointment as CFO, Vianney was in charge of finance operations for North America and Latin America. Before joining Arkadin, he held a number of senior financial roles within numerous companies, including Hermes, Carl Zeiss SMT, Cegetel and Schneider Electric.
Vianney graduated from the ESSEC Business School, France.
Chief Sales & Marketing Officer
Christophe is our Chief Sales & Marketing Officer who is responsible for strengthening the go-to-market model of the Cloud Communications division of NTT. Having spent 13 years with Arkadin, which is now known as the Cloud Communications division of NTT, he has a wealth of industry experience and is perfectly positioned to drive our sales & Marketing activities business.
During his tenure, Christophe has held numerous senior positions. Most recently he was UCaaS Managing Director leading the partnership with key alliances such as Cisco and Microsoft. Before this, he was responsible for managing Operations in EMEA. He joined Arkadin in 2007 to create the Global Strategic Accounts group (GSA) to address the Fortune 500 Global Enterprises, which included building strategic relationships with vendors.
Prior to Arkadin, Christophe worked for 15 years in the high-tech software industry in Sales and General Management positions, and lead fast growing software companies such Electronic Arts, Criterion Software and XRT.
Christophe graduated with a master’s degree in Management from the University of Paris.
Chief Legal Officer
Florence is our Chief Legal Officer, in charge of Legal, Compliance and General Secretary. Since joining the company in 2012, Florence has been supporting the business as Global Legal Director, then she was appointed VP Legal and Compliance before becoming Chief Legal Officer.
Florence has 20 years of experience working for international high-tech companies, both as in-house lawyer – she spent 7 years at Oberthur Technologies (now Idemia) - and as a lawyer in private practices.
Florence has a master’s degree in Private Law, specialization in Business Law from Paris University (France), a LL. M. in International Business and Trade Law from Fordham Law School (New York, USA) and is admitted to the Paris Bar.
Managing Director, APAC & Japan
Sean Kwek, Managing Director of the Cloud Communications division of NTT, Asia Pacific, has over 18 20 years of experience in the Unified Collaboration & Communication industry and is responsible for the strategy and execution as well as building and expanding the revenue generating eco-system in Asia Pacific.
Sean joined Arkadin, now known as the Cloud Communications division of NTT, in 2009 as Marketing & Product Management Director, Asia Pacific and helped drive achievements and brand visibility through customer and field marketing activities, industry analyst engagement & efficient GTM product launches. In 2012, Sean moved into a General Management position for Singapore & Taiwan where he setup the Arkadin Taiwan entity and achieved Year on Year double digit revenue growth. Sean continued his career progression and in 2014 he assumed the role of Regional Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Asia Pacific. In this role, Sean engineered major organization and strategic transformation to align the business with the evolution of the Unified Communication landscape in Asia Pacific.
Prior to joining Arkadin, Sean held management positions at PGi, Genesys Conferencing and InterCall working in various roles within sales, finance, product management and marketing functions in Asia Pacific.
Sean graduated from the University of London majoring in Banking & Finance and also holds a Post-Graduate Diploma from Marketing Institute of Singapore.
Managing Director, EMEA
Andrew joined Arkadin, which is now known as the Cloud Communications division of NTT, in 2009 as General Manager for the UK and Ireland businesses, a remit that was extended to Northern Europe incorporating the operations in The Nordics and The Netherlands. With a track record of consistent revenue and profit growth and comprehensive general management, sales, marketing, product management and operations experience in the Collaboration industry spanning over twenty years’, Andrew was appointed Managing Director for EMEA operations in March 2017.
Prior to joining Arkadin, Andrew enjoyed successful periods of rapid revenue growth leading conferencing and collaboration businesses at BT Conferencing, Genesys Conferencing and PGi.
Andrew is a Mathematics / Physics graduate of the University of London and has a postgraduate diploma in Management Studies from the Polytechnic of Central London.
Managing Director, Americas
Scott McMaster is the Managing Director of the Cloud Communications division of NTT, Americas, responsible for leading the business strategy and operations for the region.
Since joining Arkadin, now known as the Cloud Communications division of NTT, in early 2002 to help launch Arkadin UK, Scott has moved from London to San Francisco in 2004 to help launch Arkadin in North America, then onto New York and is now based in Atlanta.
He has held multiple leadership roles committed to driving growth and the company’s brand. Prior to his current role he was the Vice President of Sales & Marketing responsible for all business development efforts including go-to-market sales strategies, marketing programs, defining and establishing business readiness across sales and operational functions.
Scott graduated from Deakin University in Melbourne, Australia with a Bachelors of Applied Science, Sports Coaching & Business.
Managing Director, Applicable
Alan leads our specialist UC service provider, Applicable.
Alan joined Arkadin, now known as the Cloud Communications division of NTT, with the acquisition of Applicable in 2016, and joined the Senior Leadership Team in September 2019.
A former product manager at the UK telco BT and Lotus Development, he has specialized in collaboration, cloud services and digital transformation in enterprise organizations throughout his career. Alan also held product manager roles at British Gas and Barclays Bank in the UK.
Alan joined Applicable in 2001 to lead sales and marketing and product management; he was rapidly promoted to Managing Director after two years, overseeing a transition to multi-vendor service provision and the company’s entry into Unified Communications with revenues increasing from £1.4M to more than £12.4M.
Alan is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Loughborough University.
Chief Technology & Information Officer
Jean Turgeon (JT) is Chief Technology and Information Officer (CTIO) of the Cloud Communications division of NTT.
In his role as CTIO, JT leads services adoption both internally and externally with our clients as they embark on their business transformation journey. JT brings extensive experience in aligning business objectives to a comprehensive transformative plan to accelerate digital transformation execution and cloud adoption while ensuring SLA’s, security and compliance are met.
Prior to joining NTT, JT was Chief Technologist Leader for TMET industries at DXC Technology providing tailored solutions for specific industry requirements. Before this, JT gained extensive experience as VP and Chief Technologist at Avaya leading a team of industry experts to deliver industry specific solutions to the global market such as healthcare, public safety, government, education, financial services and insurance. With more than 35 years’ industry experience, JT has held pivotal positions at Nortel and Bay Networks within the Research & Development, CTO Office, Support and Professional Services, Training and Technical Marketing organizations.
As a global evangelist, JT is well known for articulating the value proposition of a Digital Framework and how the right portfolio as part of a strong open eco-system of leading technology can deliver a transformational experience to customers, citizens and employees. He also a key contributor to various initiatives such as AI/ML, IoT, Industry Solutions, Smart Cities and active participant in blockchain while continuing to work very closely with the product development and innovation teams to bring new differentiated solutions to the market.
JT is an honored MBA graduate from University of Ottawa while acting as class President.
Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)
Emmanuel Allanos is our Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and is in charge of overseeing all aspects of human resources and internal communication globally.
As CHRO, he is responsible for developing, directing and implementing the human resources strategy, its practices, and operations in order to enable the organisation to exceed its business plan.
He is in charge of leading and developing a best-in-class global HR function and to attract, develop, engage and retain talent with an emphasis on diversity and inclusion. Serving as a strategic business partner and coach to leaders, Emmanuel overseas talent acquisition, learning & development, organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, compensation & benefits, internal communication, values & culture, labor relations and HR compliance.
With 18 years international experience, Emmanuel has a wealth of knowledge having held senior HR roles at Norbert Dentressangle Logistics, Gemalto, Areva and Imerys. He had the opportunity to extensively travel to and work with teams based in EMEA, Americas, Africa and Asia Pacific as well as to live in France, USA and UK.
Most recently, he was the Global Talent Vice-President at Imerys planning and deploying group strategies on talent acquisition, performance, learning and development. Emmanuel has a special affinity for talent attraction, engagement and development as well as for developing HR policies that support business strategy and transformation.
Emmanuel holds master’s degrees in both Employment Law at University Paris II Panthéon-Assas and Private Law at Nottingham University.
